The material on the cover is very soft but sturdy ! I like the tan cover , because it matches my couches color . It covers my couch and the arm rests , so I don't have to worry about my dog leaving any thing on my couch (accidents ). It was very easy to put the couch cover on my couch ! It also has straps so It will hold it in place . And I really like that it is machine washable so I can clean it when I need too !
